Who can open an Online Group Product Sale?

Anyone that is looking to place an order for a team, group, or individual, who wants to avoid the hassles of running their own sale can open an online group store. Give us a call today to discuss our program options and to start the setup process.

How much does it costs to set up a Group Sale?

It’s free! That’s right—setting up an organization account for a group sale is completely free and there are never any fees or costs. Other printers charge a fee or a percentage of sales to cover cost of opening a group order online. We do not take a percentage of your profit margin just for opening an online group sale.

Do our members or customers have to use a credit card to place an order online?

Yes, payments accepted are all major credit cards, debit cards, or PayPal. All orders are taken via the website.

How many items can be listed for a group sale at a time?

There is a 5 piece limit to the items that can be listed on the group site. For example, a swim team that needs to outfit their team might need a t-shirt, a sweatshirt, a towel, a gym bag, and sweatpants for each athlete. We don’t recommend listing more items unless they are required by the group. Listing more than five items can overwhelm your members. Please contact us directly if you need more than 5 items on your site and we will work with you to select the right option for your group.

How long can I keep the items up for our group sale to purchase?

Your online listing has a 21-day time limit. However, 95{84ba7e9c71791e34599fb20536ba4791a87d078775757a2ed960e5ef8dc31cba} of the listings are online for one or two weeks. Everyone wants to have a successful sale. Make sure there is a sense of urgency and set a 1-2 week time limit to order products. Not setting a deadline can result in people not ordering anything at all.

Will you send me a web link for our group sale page?

Yes. You can use this link to send to your members, post it on social networking sites like Facebook, Pinterest, and Twitter. We will also provide you with a widget that you can place on your website to link to your group sale.

Once the deadline has passed, how quickly do orders arrive from our group sale?

Once the deadline has passed, we will print your goods, and individually pack and ship them directly to the customer. If you have an event, make sure to have your group sale end at least 14 days before your event to leave enough time for your items to be printed and shipped. Again, the entire process once your sale has ended usually takes up to two weeks, which includes shipping time. Packages are shipped via USPS mail from Minneapolis, MN.

Do I have the option of picking up all items without having them shipped individually?

Yes, you can make that choice before we list your items. Items will be bulk folded or you have the option of bagging and tagging for a nominal fee. The final orders can be picked up at either our Minnetonka or Richfield locations.

How much will my customers or members be charged for shipping?

We ship everything via the USPS post office. Domestic (United States) USPS shipping starts at $5.00 for the first item, then for each additional item, we charge $1. This example would be for items such as t-shirts, hats, or small accessories. Add $2.00 each for sweatshirts, sweatpants, and heavier custom items. Your items should arrive within 10-14 days from the end of the sale.

What if we don’t want to do the online group sale? Can we still purchase bulk products directly?
