General Questions

What is your minimum order for custom screen printing?

The minimum order custom screen printing is 25 pieces of the same artwork. This could be a combination of t-shirts, long sleeves, sweatshirts, etc., as long as the design is the same size and ink color.

What is your minimum order for custom embroidery?

25 piece minimum on custom embroidery.

What is your minimum order for digital (direct -to-garment) printing or DTG?

Our minimum order is 25 items for digital printing.

What brands and products do you carry for custom ordering?

We offer a variety of Brands with thousands of options. Here is a list of our most popular selling t-shirts for custom screen printing.  Next Level Apparel, Canvas, Independent Trading Company, Alternative Apparel.  Here is a link to most of the customizable options we offer.

What kind of promotional apparel or products do you carry?

We carry just about any brand in the industry and can print on almost any wearable products, including t-shirts, sweatshirts, athletic apparel, sleepwear, tote bags, bandanas, doggie apparel, jackets, sweatpants, and more. We also offer embroidery on hats, caps, beanies, polos, jackets, crewnecks, blankets, towels, robes, and any other apparel made of durable fabric. Do you offer apparel samples?

Yes, we offer blank garment samples on request. You will receive the blank sample of your choice at wholesale cost, and a 500+ page full-color catalog of thousands of garments. The minimum charge is $20.00 paid by credit card.  You will receive a $20 credit once you place the custom order.

Can I get just one shirt made?

Unfortunately, no.

Can I mix and match item styles?

Certainly, as long as the design will fit on each item. For example, if you have a design that’s styled to fit on a men’s XXL, it may not fit correctly on a youth XS and a new screen setup would have to be made (thus leading to an increase in cost ) Also, the design ink colors need to be the same on each item or you will have to pay an ink change fee of $20 per screen that needs to be changed.

Do you print on demand or do I have to pay upfront?

Traditional screen printing is done in bulk. However, we have programs that allow you to run a “campaign” before placing your order. Email us for details.

How can I get a quote on an order?

The best way to get a custom price quote is to do an instant quote on our website. Simply choose your style, color of item, number of items, and number of ink colors per side, and you will receive your instant price quote.

What is your turn around time for custom t-shirts?

Typically around 7 business days or less plus shipping time – shipping from Minneapolis Minnesota with the 55413 zip code.

Do you have rush service on custom t-shirt orders?

Yes. If you need your custom order faster than 10 business days, we can usually accommodate this without a rush fee. However, if we are extremely busy and we have to move scheduled jobs around to produce your order on time, we will need to charge you the following rush fees as needed:

  • 10% of Invoice Added to Your Total to Get Your Order in 9 Business Days
  • 20% of Invoice Added to Your Total to Get Your Order in 8 Business Days
  • 30% of Invoice Added to Your Total to Get Your Order in 7 Business Days
  • 40% of Invoice Added to Your Total to Get Your Order in 6 Business Days
  • 50% of Invoice Added to Your Total to Get Your Order in 5 Business Days
  • 60% of Invoice Added to Your Total to Get Your Order in 4 Business Days
  • 70% of Invoice Added to Your Total to Get Your Order in 3 Business Days
  • 80% of Invoice Added to Your Total to Get Your Order in 2 Business Days
  • 100% of Invoice Added to Your Total to Get Your Order in 1 Business Day

Do you offer any discounts?

Where are you located?

Our retail store is located within the Waterbury Building in the Arts District of Northeast Minneapolis.  Our shop address is 1121 Jackson Street Suite #131 Minneapolis MN  55413. This location features a large showroom, showcasing the many promotional products you can order as well as friendly staff to help you decide which product is best for your custom project.

What are your hours of operation?

Our shop is open Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.  Our showroom is available by appointment.  Please contact Season Harder for an appointment.

Can I see samples of your work and the products you offer?

Yes, we have a large sample room where you can come see blank apparel as well as samples of our past work.  If you are not local and would like blank samples shipped to you, we are more than happy to accommodate. Charges for the apparel and shipping apply.  A credit towards your custom order will be applied.
