I made the head & tail out of papier mache with fake fur ears and glass eyes. The body is an aluminum tube frame with a hole in the middle for her to stand in. It was then covered with foam and fur.
  The feet were pieces of foam and the legs were a pair of pants made from the fake fur.
  The "Luke" part of the costume was all hand made by me as well.
  When we went out that year, many of the small kids and a few of the not-so-bright adults were baffled by it. They wondered how we made the Taun Taun walk. They thought there was some sort of animal inside of it. Yikes!
  Maddy was a very good sport about the whole thing. It was amazing that a 3 1/2 year old could and would wear this thing all night.
