This was probably the most difficult costume for me to make because it was my very first attempt at fiberglass. It is also my least favorite costume. I was told by someone the easiest way to work with fiberglass, but found out later that his method was very wrong and quite difficult.
  The outfit was a quick throw together since I was running out of time, due to the fact I spent so much time on the helmet. It's all hand sewn and altered thrift store clothing. The belt had some junk riveted to it, including two glue sticks and a small "walkman". The staff was made up of a variety of things I found around the apartment I lived at at the time including: A pvc pipe, a couple pvc connectors, a marker, a kids phone, a cap from a bottle of detergent, etc...
