 Our embroidery service is top of the line incorporating many new techniques that you currently see in well known retail stores.  With all the advancements in embroidery, we can embellish your custom apparel with classic embroidery, Applique, Distressed Applique, Tackle Twill, Laser Fleece Etching, Reverse Etching,  Laser color fading and 3D embroidery.
  • Products: We only use the highest quality materials from Hanes, Gildan, Fruit of the Loom, Port Authority, Outer Banks, Izod and Nike.  Caps from Alternative Apparel, Adams, Toppers and Otto Cap.
  • Placing your order: If you have an existing logo, please email it to us so we can digitize it by converting it into data that the embroidery machine can read so that it can stitch out the design.  Digitizing is a critical step in the embroidery process.  Not every digitizing service has the same quality.  Send out your logo to 5 different digitizers and you will get 5 different looking logos.  Let us digitize your logo for you and we guarantee our work.
  • Repeat orders: If you have already had your design or logo embroidered before, ask whomever did it to email us a digital embroidery file (.DST or .EXP format) of it.  You will find that some embroidery companies are reluctant, or flat out refuse to send a digital embroidery file to you or another embroiderer. Our policy is, if you paid to have your artwork digitized you are entitled to a copy of that digital embroidery file. If you later find somebody else to do your embroidery, we will e-mail them, or you, a copy of your digital embroidery file.
  • Artwork: After we review your provided artwork, we will give you a free estimate of the one-time cost to digitize it, and the approximate cost of each item to be embroidered. Pricing and digitizing charges are based on size and complexity of the design. Once you decide to place the order, we do a stitch out of your logo at actual size with actual thread color(s) to show you how your design will be embroidered on your apparel. Once the sample is created, we email it to you for approval. Once we get the approval, we will proceed with the embroidery.  Once we are completed with your order, we will ship it to you at no additional charge. Our prices are competitive.  We are not the cheapest that you could go with but you will definitely have the highest quality product. Here are a couple other things you should note:
•Every logo must be digitized by us before it can be used for embroidery. This is a one time charge that you do not have to pay on any future orders you may need of the same logo.
•Artwork needs to be camera ready or an artwork fee of $60/hr may be charged.
•We can embroider on your provided items or we can provide the items for you (at an additional cost, of course).
•Embroidery on leather: add $2.00 per item
•Appliqué: $3.50 per part (up to 2” x 2”) + $1.00 per add’l sq. inch.
•$1.00 per stock letter or number (up to 3” high) + embroidery charge by stitch count.
•Sew down of standard uniform patch: $6.00 each + $50 set up charge
•3D embroidery: Add $2.00 per item
•Thread: We match PMS as close as possible - but an exact match is not guaranteed.
•Metallic /specialty threads: add 25% to embroidery charge
•Non-stock colors: cost of thread + 25%
•Color sequence change on same order: $10 per color way
